Rachel Scatton Pantoja, Sorted Travel’s Founder & Chief Travel Concierge has over 11 years of experience creating customized leisure + business travel arrangements for an array of clients across entertainment, finance and fashion industries.
After beginning her career working in the publicity department at Sony/BMG/J Records, Rachel worked as part of a team putting together television appearances, press interviews, album release events, setting up flights, ground transportation and special hotel requests for top level executives and celebrities.
From there, she went on to work for two of the most prestigious talent agencies in existence, Paradigm Agency & CAA to pursue a career as an Agent. After years of setting up auditions, callbacks, backlines and contract renegotiations, she decided she was neglecting her true passion, which was travel and event coordination.
From the talent world Rachel went on to work for two, very successful Lifestyle Management companies, Luxury Attaché and Quintessentially.
From 2006 – 2011, Rachel worked directly for high-level clients managing Concierge Services including high-touch travel support, event planning and practical lifestyle management. She was involved in the marketing and development of 100 11th Avenue, The William Beaver House and 170 East End Avenue in New York City along with overseeing Quintessentially US’s business development and top tier preferred vendor relationships.
In April 2012, Rachel decided to officially offer her own brand of superior client services with an in-depth knowledge of destination management and a modernized approach to travel: This is Sorted Travel.
